3 Simple Points To Live A More Productive Life

The video cannot be shown at the moment. Please try again later.

I wrote the post If I Lose My Focus I Fail To Achieve My Primary Aim last week and my friend and life coach Sorin Macovei read the post and gave me some powerful insights. I want to share them with you so I do a short video here; maybe you also can find something from those three simple points.

Three points

1. What is productivity: Don’t think! Just do it! Keep focus on the footwork not the journey.

2. How to build a to do list: Write down your ten most important things every day. Be productive, don’t overwhelm the list, keep unnecessary things away from the list.

3. Stop criticize yourself: You are good enough!

It is your job to prevent yourself and others from letting the unnecessary and unimportant prevent the start to finish completion of the important. - The 4h work week

I like the two points the most. Work with your "to do" list and consider yourself good enough. I need to work on both!

Thanks Christian! I also need to consider myself good enough, yet sometimes I have problems to see myself as a human being. I really need to stop whining and own my progress and be little more humble to myself.

Hi Christian! The hardest part in succeding is self image! People like to think that first you have to get validation (get people to say you are worth it) and after you can trust yourself more. When in reality it works the other way around. In NLP we something called: You go first! This means that if you believe in yourself others will follow.

@SNLP:twitter I love it: "If you believe in yourself others will follow". You go first! Super awesome!

Its so easy to loose focus and concentrate on the negative stuff!
