I did an interview with Luke Brynley-Jones at #smm11 in London. Luke is one of the UK’s leading social media experts and  the founder of Our Social Times.  In 2001 he co-founded the UK’s first social media consultancy, providing online community services for brands such as British Airways, YMCA and Christian Aid.
